Carnival Museum Narrenschopf
Located in the Spa Gardens of Bad Dürrheim, the Swabian - Alemannic Carnival Museum “Narrenschopf” exhibits around 350 traditional carnival masks and costumes under its three domes.
The member clubs of the Association “Schwäbisch-Alemannischer Narrenzünfte”, together with the association “Narrenschopf Bad Dürrheim” and the cultural foundation of the Swabian-Alemannic carnival, offer in a unique, modern ambience an exhibition of carnival culture in the southwest German language area. The exhibited masks and costumes range from the present back to the 18th century.
Experience the amazing and colorful variety of the regional and international Carnival. To get to know the full diversity of the Swabian-Alemannic carnival, a generation is not enough.
